Contrast Therapy
Hot basalt stones and icy cold marble stones alternate to create balance throughout the body by increasing circulation, decreasing pain, relaxing muscles, and reducing inflammation. Deep tissue manual massage techniques are incorporated where needed. Indicated for limited range of motion, stiffness, knots or adhesions, and persistent pain caused by injury or musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Warm Wrap Foot Treatment
A generous foot massage incorporating Island Vibes Massage Hydrating Foot Cream, heated dry towels for each foot, and wool wraps to keep feet nice and warm!
