Cupping
Using negative pressure instead of deep compression, cupping is the combination of massage movements with the use of a suction device on the skin to decompress the underlying tissue, increase blood and lymphatic circulation, relax muscles and connective tissue, and draw stagnation, pathogenic elements, and toxins out of the body.
Hot Stone Massage
A variety of smooth volcanic stones heated to 115-120 degrees work to relieve pain and tension created by overused muscles. As these soothing stones glide over the body, they provide relief to stiff muscles, increase flexibility in joints, decrease muscle spasms, and induce total relaxation.
45 Minute Target Session
45 minutes of deep tissue therapeutic massage techniques that focus on your biggest pain in the neck, back, legs, etc. One to two major muscle groups only. Intense pressure is usually indicated.

Prenatal Massage
Therapeutic bodywork focusing on the unique needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. Side-lying positioning and extra bolstering/pillows are used.
Oncology Massage
Oncology Massage is the modification of existing massage therapy techniques designed to safely meet the unique and changing needs of those affected by cancer and the side effects of cancer treatments. Restrictions apply.
Palliative Care
Palliative Massage is specialized massage for people living with a terminal illness. This session is focused on comfort, relief, and the patient's quality of life.
